Tech support would be faster if done by Morse code - vs. This Win10 non-compatible issue has effectively turned my newly paid-for iClone 6 / 6.2 'upgrade' into a boat anchor, rendering it incapable of doing any iC6-related work for customers or my own projects. The problem was said to be related to my video card, however iClone 6 ran fine and consistently on Windows 7 / no issues with the same GTX DirectX 11.2 compatible card, and the requested iC log test had no indicator of a graphics card 'fail' or issue. No problems with iClone 5.5 or 3DXchange 6.2 they run fine / no issues.

Well, it's now been more than a full month since I upgraded to Windows 10 and iClone 6 or 6.2 just flat out fails to run on it. I have requested as a 'solution' approach (more than once, in the 'thread') that a screen-share session (e.g., with TeamViewer / LogMeIn) could be a more effective approach-when problems encountered like this are more advanced-but these suggestions have been ignored, and the snail-pace 'thread' approach has apparently ceased.
